ISP is one of the UK’s leading boutique search firms, advising and assisting our clients through leadership and strategic change. Our Partners are some of the most experienced search professionals in the UK and bring an extensive track record of Chair, NED, CEO, CFO and key senior leadership appointments. While we are experts in Board recruitment, ISP has also built up particular expertise in CFO and senior finance appointments, with one of the most experienced teams in this area in the market, bringing decades of experience recruiting CFOs, FDs, Controllers, as well as Heads of M&A, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development and IR.

Our clients sit across a broad range of sectors and their need for a change at Board or senior leadership level may be driven by a range of challenges including IPO, growth, digitalisation, international expansion, strategic realignment or turnaround. We work with clients listed on both the main market and on AIM, as well as PE-backed and family-owned businesses.

The ISP team

Our four Partners work closely together, pooling and leveraging our extensive experience and networks. Our approach is to provide a highly personalised service to our clients. A Partner is 100% dedicated to each assignment, ensuring that all contact with clients, candidates, sources and referees is made by the person responsible for the project. Unlike many search firms, we do not operate a leveraged model; our Partners do not pass down assignments to more junior consultants.
